Monarda bradburiana - Bradbury's Bee Balm

Monarda bradburiana is a perennial wildflower native to the central and southern US. Also known as beebalm, the name aptly describes its strong draw for pollinators. The ornate, fragrant flower that blooms in early summer attract all sorts of pollinators, including hummingbirds. This plant can also tolerate dry soils, making it a resilient addition to pollinator gardens. The leaves of this plant can also be used in teas.
