Boltonia asteroides - False Aster
Morphology/Growth Habits: Abundant clusters of disk-shaped, bright white petals and yellow centers appear in late summer/early fall, making it a brilliant contrast against other fall blooms. Spreads through rhizomes, but isn’t known to be particularly aggressive.

Fun Fact: Also called ‘False Chamomile’ due the resemblance of its flowers to chamomile, but isn’t really used for tea.
